Notice for Etihad Guest members

Please be informed that, as of 30 June 2026, the cooperation agreement between Air Serbia and the Etihad Guest loyalty program will cease to be valid.

From this date, Etihad Guest members will no longer be able to enjoy benefits within the program on Air Serbia flights, including earning and redeeming miles, as well as other related benefits.

We invite all passengers to join our new loyalty program, Elevate, which offers a range of benefits when traveling with Air Serbia.

Existing Air SERBIA Etihad Guest members traveling with Air Serbia have the option to transfer their status and accumulated miles to our system (Status & Miles Match), thereby retaining their benefits within the new Elevate program.
