Buy tickets with points

Use your accumulated Elevate Reward Points to book Air Serbia flights. Points can cover the full ticket price or be combined with cash for maximum flexibility. Award seats are available on most Air Serbia routes and can be booked directly through our call center.

Buy ancillaries with points

Reserve your preferred seat — window, aisle, or extra legroom — using your Elevate points.

Upgrades

Elevate your travel experience by using points to upgrade your cabin class. Subject to availability, you can request an upgrade from Economy to Business Class on eligible Air Serbia flights.

Upgrade requests can be made at the time of booking or up to 24 hours before departure. Contact our call center with your booking reference and membership number to check upgrade availability.
