During registration or when filling in additional information on their profile, the user has the option to select their favorite JU route (an outbound and inbound airport pair operated by Air Serbia). The selected route cannot be changed within a period of 12 months. Users will earn double reward points on this route.
Points on JU flights - 5 Points / segment
Members will have the option to purchase a pass for the Air Serbia lounge at Belgrade Airport using points, with the number of points required depending on the access price at the time of purchase. To obtain this service, members will need to contact the Air Serbia Contact Center, visit an Air Serbia office or purchase directly at the lounge reception desk.
Possibility to redeem points for the entire JU offer
Possibility to pay for additional baggage with points during the booking process, according to the applicable Air Serbia price list at that time.
Benefit that allows payment for the Unaccompanied Minor service with points, according to the applicable price list at the time. Points will be deducted from the account of the parent making the request. To use this benefit, members must contact the Air Serbia Contact Center or visit one of the Air Serbia offices.
Payment for an upgrade to a higher class with points is possible up to 60 minutes before departure, subject to availability, only at Belgrade Airport and according to the applicable fares at that time. This benefit can be used exclusively at the airport office.

The number of points awarded to members after a certain number of flown JU flights. JU flights are defined as flights where Air Serbia is both the marketing and operating carrier, including wet lease flights, on tickets starting with 115. Codeshare and interline flights are not included.
Members are entitled to use priority check‑in counters at Belgrade Airport, as well as business class counters at selected airports within the Air Serbia network, subject to availability. Members must present their membership card on their mobile phone.
As currently offered by Air Serbia. Members will use this benefit by presenting their membership card on their mobile phone during boarding.
Free priority baggage tagging is available to Bronze, Silver and Gold members, subject to availability. Members may request priority baggage tag from the check‑in agent by presenting their membership card in the mobile application.
Prioritization will be carried out only based on the phone number provided by the user during registration, and it is necessary that the user calls the Call Centre from that number.
Automatic rollover of excess tier points above the retention threshold into the next qualification period. If a member earns more tier points than required to maintain their tier but does not reach the next tier, the excess is caried over as the opening balance for the following year.
Silver and Gold members are allowed to carry one additional piece of baggage free of charge. This benefit does not apply to the Economy Light fare. To use this benefit, members must present their membership card on their mobile phone at the check‑in counter.
To use this benefit: for small sports equipment (within JU dimension limits), members may simply go to the airport check‑in counter. For medium or large sports equipment (within JU dimension limits), the benefit must be reserved in advance through the Air Serbia Contact Centre or at an Air Serbia office. In the case of small sports equipment, members must present their membership card on their mobile phone at the check‑in counter.
Silver members: may access the Air Serbia lounge at Belgrade Airport for up to 3 hours. Gold members: have all‑day access to the Air Serbia lounge at Belgrade Airport. Gold members also have access within the network where permitted under applicable rules. Members will use this benefit by presenting their membership card on their mobile phone when entering the premium lounge.
When a user collects a certain number of tier points depending on their tier level, they receive a number of passes that allow them to bring guests into the Air Serbia lounge at Belgrade Airport, with a stay of up to 3 hours for guests.
Silver and Gold members may select standard seats free of charge, regardless of fare type. This benefit also applies to all passengers within the same booking. Members can automatically choose any available standard seat during the booking process. If a seat is not selected during booking, the check‑in agent may offer to reserve seats for the member and all passengers in the booking, at which point members must present their membership card on their mobile phone to the check‑in agent.
A one‑time voucher for an upgrade to business class is awarded to users upon reaching a specific threshold of collected tier points. To redeem this benefit, the user must call the Air Serbia Contact Centre or visit an Air Serbia office.

A Gold member may nominate one person to automatically become a Silver tier member. The Gold member may submit a nomination only once per entry into Gold status, regardless of how many times they later renew or re‑achieve Gold status. To use this benefit, the member must fill out the Silver nomination form in the loyalty section of the website.
Gold members may bring one guest for up to 3 hours only into the Air Serbia lounge at Belgrade Airport. Members will use this benefit by presenting their membership card on their mobile phone when entering the premium lounge.
This benefit allows Gold members to extend the validity of their reservation free of charge for up to 24 hours, and in cases where the fare offers a more flexible validity period, that more flexible period will apply. To use this benefit, members must call the Air Serbia Contact Centre, visit an Air Serbia office, or arrange it through agent sales.
Gold members may use the priority lane at passport control at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade, by presenting a boarding pass showing their Gold tier status or by showing their membership card on their mobile phone.
Gold members may change their flight free of charge on the same day and for the same route, only on the day of travel. This benefit is valid exclusively for flights within Europe. A Gold member can redeem this benefit at the Air Serbia office at Nikola Tesla Airport in Belgrade.
