Transfer of Status and Points for Air Serbia Etihad Guest Members
As a token of appreciation for the continued loyalty of all Air SERBIA Etihad Guest members, until September 16, 2026 we have enabled a simple transfer of status and collected miles into our system (Status & Miles Match), with the aim of making the transition to our new program as simple and valuable as possible for our loyal passengers.
Would you like to continue enjoying all benefits after moving to the new ELEVATE program? The process is simple: send your application to elevate@airserbia.com and make sure to include the following:
- A screenshot of your Etihad Guest account clearly showing your name, membership card number, status, number of miles, and country of membership.
- A PDF statement of transactions from the Air Serbia Etihad Guest program showing your transactions and accumulated miles over the past 12 months, as well as at least one Air Serbia flight.
Important:
- Only miles earned through the purchase of airline tickets and ancillary services in the past 12 months will be taken into account.
- Miles purchased directly (purchase miles) or earned through purchases of other products and services with partners will not be counted in the Miles Match.
- Miles submitted through retro claim and subsequently approved will also not be included in the Miles Match calculation.
Once confirmed, your benefits will continue without interruption, while the ELEVATE program takes every journey to a higher level of comfort and enjoyment.
