Big smiles for little travellers: An even better experience with Air Serbia’s enhanced Family Check-in

Air Serbia has introduced a dedicated Family Check-in area at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport, designed specifically for families travelling with children, providing young travellers and their parents with a more pleasant and practical start to their journey.

The Family Check-in allows families to complete check-in and baggage drop in an environment tailored to the needs of children. Through carefully designed features, the area transforms a routine airport procedure into an engaging and enjoyable experience for kids.

In collaboration with COSMO Entertainment, the largest chain of children's play centers in Serbia, Air Serbia’s Family Check-in area has been enhanced with specially designed child-friendly elements, including customized steps that allow children to participate more easily in the check-in process, as well as decorative cloud features that give the space a cheerful and distinctive appearance. Throughout the project, special attention was paid to safety, and all solutions were implemented in accordance with the highest quality and safety standards.

The Family Check-in is located at check-in counter 201 at Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport and is part of Air Serbia’s efforts to provide passengers with the highest quality of service and a pleasant experience at every step of their journey.
