200,000 passengers choose Air Serbia’s Elevate loyalty programme

More than 200,000 passengers have decided to join Air Serbia’s Elevate loyalty programme. In just over four months, the programme has built a strong community of members who enjoy additional benefits and rewards for their loyalty by travelling with Air Serbia.

Since the launch of the programme, Elevate has seen continuous growth and has become an important part of the relationship Air Serbia is building with its passengers. The programme enables members to earn and redeem points for travel and various benefits, while offering a simple and flexible user experience.

“Our vision is for Elevate to become much more than an airline loyalty programme. We want members to be able to enjoy benefits not only when they travel, but also in their everyday lives. That is why we are developing partnerships with companies across various industries to create a programme that delivers real value at every step of the way. We believe Elevate has the potential to become a shining example of a modern loyalty programme that goes beyond the boundaries of the airline industry and meets the needs of today’s travellers. Our goal is to enable members to earn and redeem points across different aspects of everyday life with an extensive partner network, making Elevate one of the most modern loyalty programmes in the region. As a token of appreciation for the trust and loyalty shown, the milestone member will be rewarded with Gold status, which offers the highest level of privileges and benefits within the Elevate programme,” said Jiří Marek, CEO of Air Serbia.

Air Serbia will continue to enhance the Elevate programme with new partnerships, benefits and features, with the aim of giving its members even more opportunities to be rewarded for their loyalty and trust.
