18 February 2015
Air Serbia will be a proud participant at the 37th International Tourism Fair in Belgrade, which will take place this year between 19 and 22 February, 2015.
At Air Serbia's stand, traditionally located in the central part of Hall 1, visitors will be able to meet the airline's representatives, discuss their travel interests and receive more information about the product and service offered by the airline.
In focus this year will be Air Serbia's rapidly growing reach, which currently comprises a network of 40 direct destinations in 30 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Mediterranean, and an additional 35 global routes operated by Air Serbia's codeshare partners: Etihad Airways, Etihad Regional, Tarom, Aeroflot, Air Seychelles and airberlin. Visitors will find out more about these and other exciting developments expected during 2015.
Air Serbia will also present Etihad Guest, the award-winning multi airline loyalty program of Etihad Airways, Air Serbia, Air Seychelles, and Etihad Regional, one of the airline industry’s fastest-growing and most innovative loyalty programs, with more than 2.8 million members. The program offers members the opportunity to accumulate Etihad Guest Miles on flights with more than 40 airline partners and with numerous other global non-airline partners, such as hotels, car rentals and financial products.
Dane Kondić, Chief Executive Officer Air Serbia, said: "The International Tourism Fair in Belgrade is one of the most important events in the industry's calendar in this part of Europe and we are pleased to once again take part in its success. The official country partner of this year's fair is the United Arab Emirates, the home of our equity partner Etihad Airways, making this event an even more significant gathering for Belgrade, Serbia and Air Serbia. In the past year, Air Serbia has made great strides and the Fair is the perfect occasion to share these developments with industry partners and the travelling public. The tourism industry is delivering growth and showing great potential to be one of the key drivers of Serbia's economic growth. As Air Serbia consolidates its position as the region’s leading carrier, it is proud to play its role to support the further growth of tourism and the creation of employment opportunities for Serbs across the broader economy".
Air Serbia has also prepared a special "Belgrade International Tourism Fair" promotional offer. Visitors to Air Serbia's stand throughout the Fair, will be able to receive a discount coupon of either 10 EUR or 20 EUR in value, depending on the destination of choice.
