1. What is NDC direct channel (NDC)?
NDC direct channel product consists of web-based NDC Travel Agency Portal (TAP) or an API connection to the existing agency UI.

In the first phase of the project only NDC TAP is available.

For NDC TAP - English, for the API connection – depending on the agency UI.

4. Does the use of NDC fall under the regulations of Air Serbia GDS/CRC Booking policy?

5. Will DCF (Distribution Cost Fee) be applied in NDC direct channel?
No.

6. Will the agency be able to use other GDSs to issue tickets for PNRs created using NDC?

8. Is payment processed externally or within the platform?
Payment is processed within the platform via hosted payment page.

9. Which forms of payment are supported in NDC?
Currently, a credit card form of payment is supported.

11.Will the agency be able to book ancillaries and issue EMD-s via NDC?
Not at the moment. Future development will include an ancillary sale process in the NDC channel.

12. Will the agency be able to send the ticket to the passenger via email?
Yes. If the agency uses the email entry, passengers will receive a standard Air Serbia document issuance email.

13. Will the agency be able to price special offers or private offers?
Yes.

14. Will the agency be able to VOID documents?
Yes, if done within the same calendar day.

15. Will the agency be able to exchange/refund tickets?
Currently, the only ticket refund process is supported. Future development will include an exchange process.

17. How will passengers be notified in case of any changes/cancelations?
Air Serbia schedule change tool will trigger email notifications to all passengers with correctly input contact details in the PNR, same as today.

Yes, via Air Serbia official website or mobile application.
