Six successful months since the introduction of Air Serbia’s direct Shanghai service
During the first six months since the launch of the direct air service between Belgrade and Shanghai, Air Serbia has transported over 20,000 passengers on this important intercontinental route. Flights between the Serbian capital and China’s business hub have recorded high load factor, with a steady increase in interest that has intensified further during the current summer season.

476,000 passengers on Air Serbia flights in June – high demand for summer destinations
Data recorded by Air Serbia during June show that the summer season in aviation is in full swing. During that month, the greatest passenger interest was in flights to Montenegro, Greece, Turkey and Spain. Besides traditional seaside destinations, passengers in June also chose cities in Europe such as Zurich, Paris, London and Amsterdam.

Today, Air Serbia carried its 2-millionth passenger in 2025. The Serbian national carrier reached this milestone earlier compared to the previous year, when it was reached in July.

Strategic partnership between Air Serbia and Visa
Air Serbia, the national carrier of the Republic of Serbia, and Visa, the world’s leading payment card services company, have signed a cooperation agreement and will issue the first co-branded card. The card will be part of the Serbian national airline's loyalty program for passengers. The new loyalty program, already in preparation, aims to further enhance service by offering numerous benefits and perks.

Air Serbia resumes Geneva service
Today, Air Serbia launched a direct service between Belgrade and Geneva. The Serbian national carrier will fly to Switzerland’s second-largest city three times a week, on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with an additional Sunday flight during July and August.

Serbia and Georgia closer than ever: Air Serbia commences new direct route
Air Serbia today, 15 June, commenced a direct service between Belgrade and Tbilisi for the first time. The Serbian national airline will operate flights to the capital of Georgia three times a week throughout the year — from Belgrade on Mondays, Thursdays, and Sundays, and from Tbilisi on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Sundays.
