Reception of passengers transferring from international to domestic flights at Belgrade airport

Reception of passengers transferring from international to domestic flights at Belgrade airport
8 April 2022

As of April 8, the procedure of transferring international arrivals to Air Serbia domestic flights to Niš was changed at Nikola Tesla Belgrade Airport. Passengers transferring from international flights to a domestic flight, now pass passport control and exit the airport building to return to the domestic (departure) waiting room A11 (on the ground floor of Terminal 1).

In order to be adequately informed, and to reduce the time required for the transfer of passengers arriving on international flights to a domestic flight, maps have been posted around the building and on the airport website directing passenger movement, brochures with appropriate information have been prepared, passenger flow directions are marked in the form of signposts and information signs guiding passengers along the shortest route to waiting room A11, and there is an information point in front of the arrivals passport control from which staff will direct passengers to the A11 waiting room.

If necessary, the staff at the information point will welcome passengers continuing their trip by domestic flight who need to be directed to waiting room A11, pointing them to the priority line for inspection and control of documents at the passport control desk, where the document control process will be performed faster and from where passengers will be directed on to the baggage claim hall.
