Air Serbia looks to open a Contact Centre in Niš
27 February 2023
Air Serbia is launching a call for agents of its Contact Centre in Niš. By expanding its capacities outside of Belgrade and hiring new agents, the Serbian national airline wants to further improve the service it provides. Those who are interested in working for one of the fastest-growing airlines in Europe can apply on Air Serbia’s website, by 8 March 2023 at the latest.
“We are considering the possibility of establishing an additional unit for our Contact Centre which would be located in Niš, and which would employ people from Niš and the surrounding area. That way, we want to support the local community in which we have been operating successfully for years. On the other hand, we know that there are highly-qualified people in this part of Serbia, and we are convinced that they can help us develop further in the face of increased demand for our flights. I invite everyone who wants to work at the Serbian national airline to apply as soon as possible,” said Boško Rupić, General Manager Commercial and Strategy at Air Serbia
All citizens of Serbia who are 18 or older at the time of application, who have at least a high school diploma and who fluently speak and write English, can apply for the position. Fluency in other languages will be considered a plus. Candidates who are shortlisted will be called for an interview and testing.
The Serbian national airline operates some of its flights out of Niš Constantine the Great Airport. During the winter season, which is still ongoing, Air Serbia is flying to Cologne, Frankfurt (Hahn), Istanbul, and Ljubljana from Niš, and during the summer season, in addition to scheduled services, charter flights to popular summer destinations are also in high demand.
