Experience the A330: Air Serbia offers special wide-body regional flights
Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, is offering travellers a chance to experience its new wide-body Airbus A330 aircraft on select regional flights during the run-up to the launch of its New York service.
The airline will operate the 254-seat jet on flight JU170 between Belgrade and Podgorica on 10 June, on flight JU100 between Belgrade and Banja Luka on 11 June and on select flights between Belgrade and Zagreb between 12 and 21 June.
As part of this promotion, fares on these special A330 flights start at EUR 69 for return tickets and EUR 39 for one-way tickets.
Travellers can purchase tickets on these flights by going to www.airserbia.com, calling the Air Serbia contact centre or visiting a travel agent.
Dane Kondić, Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia, said: “The excitement surrounding the arrival of our A330 aircraft in Belgrade was incredible and many people are naturally interested in experiencing our new flagship product first-hand.
“To cater to this interest and as part of preparations for our transatlantic flights, we will operate our new wide-body aircraft on special flights to three important cities in the region, providing the perfect opportunity for aviation enthusiasts and regular commuters to fly on one of the biggest jets in the Balkans.”
The first flight between Belgrade and New York is set to take off on 23 June, establishing a new era of closer relations between Serbia and the United States.
The Airbus A330 has 18 seats in business class and 236 seats in economy, with inflight entertainment systems at every seat and business class seats that recline into a fully-horizontal sleeping position.
