Air Serbia upgrades Bucharest service to Airbus A319

Air Serbia announced that the start of its summer flight schedule, as of 30 March 2014, will see the current service to Bucharest upgraded to the bigger Airbus A319 aircraft, due to the high demand for flights on this route. The Airbus A319 aircraft, with 8 business and 120 economy class seats, will replace the ATR 72 aircraft, which has 66 seats in an all economy configuration. The upgraded aircraft will see the introduction of Air Serbia's highly regarded Business class service on this route.

The daily non-stop flights offer excellent connections through Air Serbia's Belgrade hub at Nikola Tesla Airport to many important destinations across Europe, including Stockholm, Rome, Vienna, Copenhagen, Brussels, Dusseldorf, Prague, Stuttgart, Ljubljana, Zurich, Milan and Berlin.

The flight schedule has also been structured to provide good inbound connections for passengers flying from Australia and Abu Dhabi, as well as good connections for guests flying from the Romanian capital via Belgrade, to the Middle East, South East Asia and Australia.

In line with the new livery and modern aircraft, the on-board service proposition has also been refreshed with new menu options, a complimentary bar service and improved inflight entertainment offering more choices for guests flying with Air Serbia.
