Air Serbia launches "Elevate" - its exciting new inflight magazine

Air Serbia, the national airline of Serbia, has announced the launch of its newly redesigned inflight magazine, "ELEVATE". The first issue of the revamped monthly magazine will be available to guests on all Air Serbia flights from today, 1 August 2014.
The newly launched magazine will play an important role in enhancing Serbia's reputation as a must-see European destination, while featuring unique Serbian personalities who have made significant contributions in fields such as the arts, culture, history, music, gastronomy, hospitality, tourism, and science.
As Air Serbia extends its global reach, "ELEVATE" will feature exotic and distant destinations to inspire the airline's guests.
Dane Kondic, Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia, said: "I am delighted to introduce "ELEVATE", our new inflight magazine, the style and content of which reflects our goal of becoming the region's leading airline. Naming our new inflight magazine "ELEVATE", best expresses our determination to raise the performance in everything we do as an airline to improve and deliver excellent service to our guests. Air Serbia is moving forward on a new journey and we would like to take our guests with us to new markets and new frontiers. We are fully aware of the challenges in creating a magazine that speaks to the widest possible group of people, but I'm confident that we will be successful in achieving this outcome."
The magazine's first issue will feature exclusive articles on popular international destinations such as the Maldives, as well as the traditional tourist destination of Vrnjčka Banja and the newly built Andrićgrad in Republika Srpska. The August issue will also feature this year's vibrant EXIT Festival in Novi Sad, the secrets of the Asian Mushroom of life that can be picked on the foothills of Fruška Gora, and the famous wines of Orthodox monasteries.
"ELEVATE" follows on from Air Serbia Review, the previous longstanding inflight magazine which has been published for the past four decades. The first issue of Air Serbia Review was released in May 1975, with a fold-out map of the then newly launched Belgrade-Sydney route.
