Air Serbia showcases travel offering at WTM London
Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, is participating at the World Travel Market, the leading global travel trade show taking place in London this week.
The Belgrade-based airline is exhibiting alongside the Tourism Organisation of Serbia at stand EU650 where visitors can learn more about Air Serbia’s travel offering as well as the attractions of Belgrade and the country.
The World Travel Market opened yesterday at the ExCel centre in London and is expected to attract more than 50,000 travel trade professionals, government ministers and international press by the time it closes on Wednesday 9 November.
The trade show is now in its 37th year and will include up to 5,000 exhibitors from 182 countries and regions to promote tourism and showcase emerging trends in the industry.
Dane Kondić, Chief Executive Officer of Air Serbia, said: “We are delighted to exhibit at the World Travel Market this year, which is one of the biggest trade events on the annual calendar.
“This year Air Serbia has grown by leaps and bounds by taking delivery of our first wide-body Airbus A330 and launching long-haul operations to New York, and the WTM is the perfect platform to further promote our offering.
“We share a common goal of increasing the visibility of Serbia on the world stage and as such are pleased to partner with the Tourism Organisation of Serbia at the WTM.”
Air Serbia currently operates daily flights between Belgrade and London on its modern Airbus A320-family fleet.
