Air Serbia to recommence flights to Montenegro
Air Serbia will recommence the connection to the Montenegrin seaside with a Belgrade-Tivat flight from Wednesday, 19 August. The national airline will also conduct its first flight from the Serbian capital to Podgorica on the same date. Up to 296 flights to Montenegro destinations are planned by the end of the summer season.
"I am very pleased that conditions for resuming flights to Tivat and Podgorica have been met. It is planned for our passengers to have almost 60,000 seats available to them on flights between Serbia and Montenegro until the end of the summer season," CEO of Air Serbia Duncan Naysmith stated. He added that Air Serbia will continue to closely monitor the developments and that it will constantly adjust the Montenegro operations to possible changes in travel restrictions and demand.
According to the current flight schedule, it is planned that Air Serbia will fly to Podgorica up to 15 times a week. When it comes to Tivat, it is planned for the national airline to have up to 16 weekly flights.
Air Serbia will recommence flights between Niš and Tivat from 21 August. Flights will be operated twice a week, on Fridays and Sundays, until 20 September.
