Serbian national airline’s promotional campaign

Air Serbia, the national airline of the Republic of Serbia, has allowed passengers to change the date of travel free of charge, for flights booked until 15 September 2020. The promo campaign is valid for all destinations in Air Serbia network, except New York, and for flights scheduled until 31 March 2021.

“Due to the situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to accommodate the needs of our passengers and offer them more flexibility when it comes to organizing their trips. We are aware that planning a vacation, as well as any kind of trip, is currently made more difficult, which is why we believe that with this campaign, we will make things significantly easier for them, allowing them to approach their planning with greater ease and without additional stress”, said Air Serbia General Manager Commercial and Strategy, Jiri Marek.

Passengers can change the date of flight, without paying penalties, an unlimited number of times, up until 24 hours before the flight. If the original fare is not available on the new date, the passengers can pay the difference to the next available fare.
