Air Serbia’s Press Release regarding coronavirus
Pursuant to the Decision of the Government of the Republic of Serbia on the declaration of COVID-19 disease caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus, Air Serbia will implement a Government’s Decision on banning or restricting the arrival to the Republic of Serbia of foreign nationals coming from countries or areas with intensive transmission of COVID-19 disease (Italy, the People's Republic of China, South Korea, Switzerland and Iran).
In view of the further development of the situation regarding the emergence of the Coronavirus, Air Serbia decided to additionally reorganize the traffic in the coming period and adjust it with new circumstances. In this regard, the company has launched a special website (link) through which passengers can find out about the current status of their flights.
Regarding the global outbreak of Coronavirus, Air Serbia is in continual communication with the competent national and international authorities, primarily the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Serbia, the Institute for Public Health of Serbia, Dr Milan Jovanović Batut, the World Health Organization (WHO), and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Serbia’s flag carrier is taking every precaution in full compliance with all procedures provided for these circumstances, to ensure its passengers will have no reason for concern.
