Forbidden objects in baggage and regulations for transport of liquids

We put safety first.

That is why you need to abide by the prescribed conditions for the safe transport of liquids, dangerous goods and other items in your baggage.

Certain items cannot be carried in your baggage or their transport is possible under special conditions.

Rules for transport of liquids in hand baggage

Liquids, gels, pastes and aerosols can be carried only in containers up to 100 ml.
Containers bigger than 100 ml are not allowed, even if they are partially full.
All containers must be packed into a clear plastic bag with a grooved fastener or zipper.
The bag with the containers must not be bigger than 20x20 cm and its volume must not exceed 1 litre.
Plastic bag with the containers must be closed and it is delivered separately during safety check of the hand baggage.
One bag per passenger is allowed.

Exceptions when it is allowed to carry containers with more than 100 ml of liquid into the airplane:

Baby food and milk, in the amount necessary for a baby depending on the duration of the flight.

Liquids, pastes, gels and aerosols, bought in duty free stores in safety restricted areas of the airport, packed into a clear sealed plastic bag which must not be opened until reaching the final destination. The bag (sealed in the store) must contain the fiscal receipt for the purchased goods, exclusively with the date of the travel.

Medicines in liquid, gel or aerosol form, exclusively with a medical report issued by a health institution or by an authorised doctor’s office.

Medicinal preparations such as insulin, blood plasma, etc, exclusively with the confirmation issued by the competent health institution or authorised doctor’s office.
