Hotel Majestic is considered one of the symbols of Belgrade, and is one of its protected historical landmarks.
The hotel building was the first art deco edifice in the Serbian capital, designed by the hotel’s first owner, architect Milan S. Minić. Hotel Majestic was his most important work, made according to the European standards of the time. The building is a combination of architecture and visual and applied art, as evidenced by its entire interior.
Hotel Majestic offers tradition, luxury, and comfort. Authentic tradition and timeless elegance are combined in this unique hotel, located in the walking district of old Belgrade.
Located in the centre of the walking district, Hotel Majestic is surrounded by restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and many of the city’s landmarks, such as the National Theatre and Kalemegdan Fortress. Hotel Majestic stands at the top of Obilićev Venac Street, nestled among trees, pubs and restaurants. Belgrade’s largest walking area, and its central pedestrian street, Knez Mihailova, are within walking distance of the hotel.
The hotel has 83 rooms and 7 suites, including two mini-apartments, ideal for families.
