Ways to book

- by calling our Contact Center, visiting one of our offices or contacting your travel agent, or,
- when checking in.
In case your itinerary includes interline or codeshare flights, additional baggage allowance can only be booked at the airport.
Excess baggage fees will apply for departing and return flights, respectively. Additional baggage fees are summed up if there are different types of excesses (number of pieces, weight and sum of dimensions of individual pieces of baggage).
What does excess baggage stand for?
Excess baggage is every baggage item that exceeds standard baggage weight and/or size allowance. Baggage that exceeds the weight of 32kg and/or sum of dimensions over 203cm can only be transported as cargo.
Exceptionally, and subject to prior Air Serbia approval, an individual piece of baggage weighing more than 32kg and/or with the sum of dimensions greater than 203cm can be accepted as checked baggage if it is a musical instrument, sports equipment or a wheelchair or other mobility aids.

Refund of baggage fees is independent from ticket refund conditions and the charges are non-refundable in following cases: voluntary flight cancelation initiated by the passenger; passenger is a no-show; if passenger decides not to take any baggage; voluntary flight/destination and/or carrier rebooking where purchased baggage is not transferable.
