Air Serbia is able to sell Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership to all Air Serbia passengers.
Air Serbia is also able to sell the service to passengers flying on Air Serbia operated flights, but holding tickets purchased through other airlines.
By purchasing Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership, passenger is entitled to enter Air Serbia Premium Lounge when flying either with Air Serbia or with other airlines. However, Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder is only guaranteed entrance to Air Serbia Premium Lounge when flying with Air Serbia. When flying with other airlines, entrance to the Lounge is not guaranteed and is dependent on the availability of the Lounge at the moment of the visit. In such cases, some passengers would get prioritized per following order so to determine who would enter the lounge.
Purchasing the service
Air Serbia does not allow service reservation. The service has to be booked and paid at the time of reservation, otherwise Air Serbia would not be able to guarantee service fulfilment.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership service can be purchased through airserbia.com, Air Serbia Web Check-In platform, Air Serbia Contact Center, any of Air Serbia retail offices or selected travel agencies.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership can be pre-purchased by adult passengers only. Air Serbia defines adult passengers as all passengers of more than 12 years of age. Passengers between 12 and 18 years of age are required when visiting the lounge to be escorted by another passenger who is older than 18 years. Passengers older than 18 can access the lounge freely.
All passengers travelling with children (kids and toiddlers from 2 to 12 years old) are required to purchase additional lounge passes at the lounge reception desk. Adult fare applies.
Your Annual Membership
Once Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is purchased, passengers are to fill in a form upon their next visit to Air Serbia Premium Lounge and officially request Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. No temporary Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is given out to the passenger. It takes approximately 21 working days for the card to be ready.
Until Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card has been delivered and collected, the passengers who purchased the service must present the valid proof of purchase (in any form - electronic or paper) with a valid boarding pass on the same day of travel. In the event of a system error and/or shutdown, Air Serbia would request its passengers to show a valid proof of purchase otherwise the service might not be delivered. Valid proof of purchase is an EMD (recieved as a confirmation that the service has been purchased). Payment slip transaction is not a valid proof of purchase.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership cards are dispatched to the Lounge and could be collected at the Lounge Reception.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is only valid for use at Air Serbia Premium Lounge in Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder confirms compliance with these Terms & Conditions by signing her/his Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. Any unsigned Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership cards are deeemed invalid by Air Serbia. Air Serbia reserves the right to deny entrance to the Lounge to those Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holders who have not signed their cards.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is valid 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase. The expiry date will be imprinted on the front of the Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. Lounge entrance will be denied to card holders for any visit after this date unless new Lounge Pass (annual or daily) has been purchased or unless the passenger is entitled to Lounge entrance through other means/criteria.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder is entitled to an unlimited number of entries to Air Serbia Premium Lounge. There is no minimum limitation to the number of Lounge entries an Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder has to make wthin a year to maintain the validity of her/his card.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is personalized and non-transferable. It is only valid for use by its holder (whose name is stated in English latin alphabet on the card's surface and whose personal signature is given on the back of the card). No other person can use it on behalf of the card holder. Air Serbia reserves the right to check card holder's identity at any time.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card entitles only its holder to free Air Serbia Premium Lounge access. This entitlement does not apply to any companions of the card holder whether or not they are travelling on the same reservation, are related or for any other reason.
Air Serbia would not tolerate any card abuse. Any unauthorized use of the card (that is in breach with the Terms&Conditions, such as a passenger sharing her/his card with another passenger) could be taken as a valid reason to cancel Air Serbia Premium Lounge Annual Membership. No refund would be given back to the passenger in such case.
An Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder can choose to change the personal information displayed on the card at any time. In such cases, card holders must submit a request in writing to Air Serbia about a change of the personal information that occured to the card holer. In such cases, passengers should notify Air Serbia by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Air Serbia is not responsible for any loss of Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card.
In case of a lost, stolen or damaged Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card, notify Air Serbia immediately by contacting Air Serbia Contact Center to order a replacement card: +381 11 311 21 23 for calls abroad and/or from mobile networks; or 0800 111 528 for calls from Serbian fixed and/or mobile telephone network; or + 1 (718) 7258642 for calls from the US; or via https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/telecommunications-relay-service-trs for passengers wuth a hearing or speech impairment; email@example.com. In such cases, a charge of EUR 50 would be imposed. Delivery of new membership card would be carried out as how the initial card was delivered. Note that passengers who lost their cards might be denied Lounge entrance unless they can proove they reported the card loss.
Using the service
GPassengers do not earn additional Etihad Guest miles by purchasing and /or using this service.
From the moment of entering the Lounge, there is no limitation to how long the passenger can stay there as long as it is within Air Serbia Premium Lounge operating hours.
Flight boarding announcements are not permitted in the Lounge. Flight information will be displayed on the monitors only. Air Serbia does not take any responsibility in respect of passengers' flight departures.
To ensure an enjoyable experience when visiting the Air Serbia Premium Lounge, please follow the smart casual dress guideline. Air Serbia will decline entry if some items of clothing are too casual or inappropriate (i.e. beachwear, head to toe gymwear, thongs, sleepwear).
Air Serbia does not take any responsibility for personal items lost or stolen in the lounge.
Air Serbia will not serve alcoholic drinks to passengers 18 years of age or younger.
A passenger is liable to pay on-site any damage she/he made by her/his acts or ommissions to Lounge facilities fixtures, furniture and fittings.
Air Serbia Premium staff have the discretion to request passengers to leave the Lounge if deemed necessary (inclusive of but not limited to passengers perceived to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs, offensive general attire, disturbing other passengers or Air Serbia Staff in any manner whatsoever or unruly behavior).
Refunds & complaints
Once sold, Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is non-refundable.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership refund terms & conditions are independent from ticket refund conditions.
Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is purchased as a standalone service. Any booking/air ticket alterations and changes are not considered valid arguments when requesting a refund of Air Serbia Premium Lounge - Annual Membership.
Air Serbia is constantly trying to improve the service it provides. All complaints relating to any visit to the Air Serbia Premium Lounge should be made within one month of the relevant visit to the lounge. To make a complaint, passengers should contact Air Serbia passenger affairs representatives by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Air Serbia has the discretion to refuse entry to any passenger at any time if, in their reasonable opinion, the passenger has not or will not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Lounge Rules, or it is necessary for the orderly operation of the lounge or other facilities or the safety or comfort of other passengers and staff.
Air Serbia reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Air Serbia Premium Lounge Pass at anytime without giving any prior notice and/ or assigning any reason. The passengers that at the time of amendment already purchased the service, will be subjected to the Terms & Conditions they accepted when buying the service initially, unless they were informed and accepted ammendments to Terms & Conditions.
