The imposing, gothic domes of St. Mary's Basilica have become a symbol of the city together with Rynek Główny, the largest medieval square in Europe. Beneath the square itself, there is the Rynek Underground Museum, built around the recently discovered foundations. Dominating the old town there is the 15^th century Town Hall Tower which offers an incredible panoramic view.
