The lounge is open daily from 5:00 am to 8:00 pm.

A pass can be purchased on airserbia.com - at the time of booking, or later, via Manage My Booking, as well as when checking-in. You can also buy a pass through our contact centre or retail shops, with travel agents, or directly at the Air Serbia Premium Lounge.

  • 1Guests travelling on any other airline as well as guests flying with Air Serbia but ticketed on another airline (any ticket number not starting with 115) can purchase passes at the reception desk of the Air Serbia Premium Lounge, subject to availability.
  • 2The Air Serbia Premium Lounge is located in the Nikola Tesla Airport's restricted area and you will need to pass through immigration beforehand if you are departing from Belgrade.
  • 3To enter the lounge, you will be required to show a valid boarding pass. We encourage you to bring along the proof of purchase when visiting (preferably in electronic form, but a printout is also acceptable).

  • 1Lounge Casa Alitalia in Rome - invited guests are Etihad Guest Gold and Platinium members, as well as Business Class guests. From 1 October 2017, Etihad Guest Silver members traveling on Air Serbia operated flights will no longer have complimentary access to the Air Serbia Premium Lounge in Belgrade and the Al Reem Lounge in Abu Dhabi.

Terms & Conditions of the one-time pass

Air Serbia offers guests the opportunity to purchase use a one-time pass to the Premium Lounge at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport. You will find the terms and conditions of one-time pass outlined below.

Availability

Air Serbia Premium Lounge passes are only valid for use at Air Serbia Premium Lounge at Belgrade's Nikola Tesla Airport.

Air Serbia would be able to sell Air Serbia Premium Lounge pass in advance to all Air Serbia guests (guests flying on any Air Serbia operated flights and holding tickets issued on JU ticket stock (tickets beginning with 115)), as long as guests' itinerary starts with a flight operated by Air Serbia.

Air Serbia reserves the right to limit and dynamically control the number of lounge passes sold per time of day, per day, per flight, per sales channel, per lounge capacity or any other criteria.

Access to the lounge and its services and facilities may be unavailable, restricted, limited or withdrawn at any time for operational reasons.

Purchasing the service

Air Serbia does not allow service reservation. Service is to be booked and paid at the moment of making the reservation for it, otherwise Air Serbia would not be able to guarantee service fulfilment.

Air Serbia Premium Lounge pass can be pre-purchased by adult guests only. Air Serbia defines adult guests as all guests of more than 12 years of age.

All guests travelling with children (kids and toddlers from 2 to 12 years old) are required to purchase additional lounge passes at the lounge reception desk. Adult fare applies.

Using the service

Guests do not earn additional Etihad Guest points by purchasing and /or using this service.

Air Serbia Premium Lounge pass is valid only on date of travel.

No companion to lounge pass voucher holder will get free entrance regardless if the companion is booked on the same reservation as the lounge pass holder or not.

Guests between 12 and 18 years of age are required to be escorted by another guest who is older than 18 years when visiting the lounge. Guests older than 18 can access the lounge freely.

To enter the lounge, you will be required to show a valid boarding pass along with your lounge pass voucher (EMD document for the same day of travel). Air Serbia reserves the right to deny you lounge access and forfeit the fee paid unless you do not present valid documentation at the time of visiting the lounge. Payment transaction slip cannot be used as a substitute for lounge pass voucher.

You are allowed to stay in the lounge 3 hours from the moment of entering the lounge and within Air Serbia Premium Lounge operating hours. After this time, you can purchase another pass at the lounge reception to extend your stay if needed.

Air Serbia Premium Lounge operating hours may vary without notice.

Flight boarding announcements are not permitted in the Lounge. Guests' flight information will be displayed on the monitors only. Air Serbia does not take any responsibility in respect of guests' departures.

To ensure an enjoyable experience when you are visiting Air Serbia Premium Lounge, we ask that you follow our smart casual dress guideline. Air Serbia will decline entry if some items of clothing are too casual or inappropriate (i.e. beachwear, head to toe gym wear, thongs, sleepwear).

Air Serbia disclaims responsibility for articles lost or stolen in the lounge.

A guest is liable to pay on-site any eventual damage she/he made by her/his acts or omissions to Lounge facilities fixtures, furniture and fittings.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, ticketed guests with valid boarding pass are entitled to access the Air Serbia Premium Lounge with a maximum one (1) hour stay between 1pm - 3pm prior to their departure. Guests are entitled to the buffet and one (1) glass of wine or one (1) substitute beverage, does not include spirits. Additional beverages are not included in the rate nor can be purchased.
Entry of guests is subject to space availability, guests may be refused entry if the lounge is full.

Refunds & complaints

Air Serbia Premium Lounge refund terms & conditions are independent from ticket refund conditions.

Air Serbia Premium Lounge passes are not refundable, not redeemable for cash, and are not available for use beyond. You would not be able to cancel it post purchase. Quantity of non-refundable services cannot be decreased through Manage my Booking.

No companion to lounge pass voucher holder gets free entrance regardless if the companion is booked on the same reservation as the lounge pass holder or not.

Any complaints and/or compensation requests driven from visiting Air Serbia Premium Lounge cannot be processed at the Lounge reception, at the airport or on board. You would need to contact Air Serbia guest affairs representatives. Please keep the original EMD as a valid proof of purchase to be able to refer to in such cases.

Any requests for compensations would be rejected by Air Serbia if submitted later than one month after the date of the flight.

Air Serbia Premium Lounge pass is non-transferable and must be used prior to the applicable flight. No other guest can use it besides the guest to whose name the service was connected to at the time of lounge pass purchase.

Air Serbia reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual or require a guest to immediately leave the lounge, at any time for inappropriate behavior including, but not limited to, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent inclusive of but not limited to guests perceived to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs, offensive general attire, disturbing other guest.

Air Serbia reserves the right in its absolute discretion to discontinue the lounge pass at any time or to refuse to sell a lounge pass to any specific guest and, if sold, to cancel a lounge pass, and deny any purchaser or guest access to, or use of, the lounge. Air Serbia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by a purchaser or visitor resulting from such refusal, cancellation, or denial.

Air Serbia reserves the right to modify the Terms & Conditions of Air Serbia Premium Lounge Pass at any time without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. The passengers that at the time of amendment already have bought the service, will be subjected to the Terms & Conditions they accepted when buying the service initially, unless they were informed and accepted amendments to Terms & Conditions.

Air Serbia commits to post any changes to the Terms & Conditions in a written form through airserbia.com.

Terms & Conditions of the Аnnual Membership

Air Serbia offers guests the opportunity to use annual pass to Premium Lounge at Belgrade’s Nikola Tesla Airport. You will find the conditions of Annual Membership service here.

Availability

AirSERBIA is able to sell AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership to all AirSERBIA guests.

AirSERBIA is also able to sell the service to guests flying on AirSERBIA operated flights, but holding tickets purchased through other airlines.

By purchasing AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership, guests are entitled to enter AirSERBIA Premium Lounge when flying either with AirSERBIA or with other airlines. However, AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holders are only guaranteed entrance to AirSERBIA Premium Lounge when flying with AirSERBIA. When flying with other airlines, entrance to the Lounge is not guaranteed and is dependent on the availability of the Lounge at the moment of the visit.

Purchasing the service

AirSERBIA does not allow service reservation. The service has to be booked and paid at the time of reservation, otherwise AirSERBIA will not be able to guarantee service fulfilment.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership service can be purchased through airserbia.com, the AirSERBIA Web Check-In platform, AirSERBIA Contact Center, any AirSERBIA retail offices or selected travel agencies.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership can be pre-purchased by adult guests only. AirSERBIA defines adult guests as all guests over 12 years of age. Guests between 12 and 18 years of age are required when visiting the lounge to be escorted by another guest who is older than 18. Guests older than 18 can access the lounge freely.

All guests travelling with children (small children and toddlers from 2 to 12 years old) are required to purchase additional lounge passes at the lounge reception desk. Adult fare applies.

Your Annual Membership

Once AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is purchased, guests are to fill in a form upon their next visit to AirSERBIA Premium Lounge and officially request the AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. No temporary Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is given out to the guest. It takes approximately 21 working days for the card to be ready.

Until a AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card has been delivered and collected, the guest who purchased the service must present valid proof of purchase (in any form - electronic or paper) with a valid boarding pass on the same day of travel. In the event of a system error and/or shutdown, AirSERBIA would request its guests to show valid proof of purchase otherwise the service might not be delivered. Valid proof of purchase is an EMD (received as a confirmation that the service has been purchased). A payment slip is not valid proof of purchase.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership cards are dispatched to the Lounge and can be collected at the Lounge Reception.

The AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is only valid for use at the AirSERBIA Premium Lounge in Belgrade Nikola Tesla Airport.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder confirms compliance with these Terms and Conditions by signing her/his AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. Any unsigned AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership cards are deemed invalid by AirSERBIA. AirSERBIA reserves the right to deny entrance to the Lounge to those AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holders who have not signed their cards.

The AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is valid for 365 days (1 year) from date of purchase. The expiry date will be imprinted on the front of the AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card. Lounge entrance will be denied to card holders for any visit after this date unless a new Lounge Pass (annual or daily) has been purchased or unless the guest is entitled to Lounge entrance through other means/criteria.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holders are entitled to an unlimited number of entries to AirSERBIA Premium Lounge. There is no minimum limitation to the number of Lounge entries an AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder has to make within a year to maintain the validity of her/his card.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card is personalized and non-transferable. It is only valid for use by its holder (whose name is stated in the English Latin alphabet on the card's surface and whose personal signature is given on the back of the card). No other person can use it on behalf of the card holder. AirSERBIA reserves the right to check the card holder's identity at any time.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card entitles only its holder to free AirSERBIA Premium Lounge access. This entitlement does not apply to any companions of the card's holder whether or not they are travelling on the same reservation, are related or for any other reason.

AirSERBIA will not tolerate any card abuse. Any unauthorized use of the card (that is in breach of the Terms and Conditions, such as a guest sharing her/his card with another guest) could be taken as a valid reason to cancel the AirSERBIA Premium Lounge Annual Membership. No refund would be given back to the guest in that case.

An AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card holder can choose to change the personal information displayed on the card at any time. In such cases, card holders must submit a request in writing providing to AirSERBIA that a change in personal information has been made. Guest should notify AirSERBIA by sending an email to: beglounge@airserbia.com.

AirSERBIA is not responsible for any loss of an AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card.

In case of a lost, stolen or damaged AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card, notify AirSERBIA immediately by contacting the AirSERBIA Contact Center to order a replacement card:+381 11 311 21 23 for calls abroad and/or from mobile networks; or 0800 111 528 for calls from Serbian fixed and/or mobile telephone network; callcenter@airserbia.com. In such cases, a charge of EUR 50 will be imposed. Delivery of the new membership card would be carried out as how inital card was delivered. Note that guests who lost their cards might be denied Lounge entrance unless they can prove they have reported the card loss.

AirSERBIA will process personal data provided by guests when requesting AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership card, only for the purpose of providing these services i.e. for enabling guest to exercise her/his rights as an AirSERBIA Premium lounge - Annual Member. AirSERBIA shall take the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure all personal data secure. Data will be kept for a period of 10 years from the date of providing the information to AirSERBIA, with the exception of e-mail addresses. Detailed information on personal data processing by AirSERBIA are set in Privacy Policy.

Using the service

From the moment of entering the Lounge, there is no limitation to how long the guest can stay as long as it is within AirSERBIA Premium Lounge operating hours.

A guest is liable to pay on-site any damage she/he has made by her/his acts or omissions to Lounge facilities fixtures, furniture and fittings.

Air Serbia Premium staff have the discretion to request guests to leave the Lounge if deemed necessary (inclusive of but not limited to guests perceived to be under the influence of alcohol/drugs, offensive general attire, disturbing other guest or Air Serbia Staff in any manner whatsoever or unruly behaviour).

Refunds & complaints

Once sold, AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is non-refundable.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership refund terms & conditions are independent from ticket refund conditions.

AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership is purchased as a standalone service. Any booking/air ticket alterations and changes are not considered valid arguments when requesting a refund of AirSERBIA Premium Lounge - Annual Membership.

AirSERBIA is constantly trying to improve the service it provides. All complaints relating to any visit to the AirSERBIA Premium Lounge should be made within one month of the relevant visit to the lounge. To make a complaint, guests should contact AirSERBIA guest affairs representatives by sending email to: guest.feedback@airserbia.com.

Air Serbia has the discretion to refuse entry to any guest at any time if, in their reasonable opinion, the guest has not or will not comply with these Terms and Conditions or the Lounge Rules, or it is necessary for the orderly operation of the lounge or other facilities or the safety or comfort of other guests and staff.

AirSERBIA reserves the right to modify the Terms and Conditions of AirSERBIA Premium Lounge Pass at any time without giving any prior notice and/or assigning any reason. The passengers that at the time of amendment have already purchased the service, will be subjected to the Terms and Conditions they accepted when buying the service initially, unless they were informed and accepted the amendments to the Terms and Conditions.
