We are making our Guest experience even better, by upgrading our systems for passenger sales, website and check-in.
To enable these improvements to happen, there will be some interruptions to our systems as we perform this upgrade.
If you are travelling between Saturday 22 April and Monday 24 April, please read the important information regarding your travel below.
The new system will improve our service capability in a number of areas, including our website, bookings process, and check-in procedures.
All flights and airport check-in will operate as normal. The system upgrade will in no way impact the safe running of our operations.
On Saturday 22 April 2017 you will not be able to:
make a booking or purchase a ticket (online, our call centre or a travel agent),
change or cancel a booking.
Those services will resume on Saturday evening, 22 April.
If you are travelling with Air Serbia on 22, 23 and 24 April, you may not be able to check-in online. Please arrive at the airport two hours before your scheduled time of departure with a print-out of your electronic ticket receipt or travel itinerary.
